Job Description

We are on the lookout for customer driven strategic thinkers in the role of business development Officers/Managers.

Plays a pivotal role in increasing the customer base of the company and in keeping the existing customers happy with our services.Casadel Devlopers is one of the top Builders in Kakkanad Kochi , provides luxury studio apartments in Kakkanad .Responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization and oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.

Duties

  • Create, implement and measure the success of all organizational marketing, communication and public relations activities.
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organizational publications.
  • Devising innovative marketing strategies to increase the organization’s outreach.
  • Coordinate with existing and potential customers.
  • Arrange site visits as and when necessary.

Experience

0-1 Years.

Qualification

  • Management degree with specialization in marketing.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales Skills.
